Death By Air Squats EMOM 6 Burpees (30 Min Max…if you make it there, Congratulations! You’ve just done 180 burpees and 429 squats): So start with 6 burpees+1 air squat, @1min 6 burpees+2 air squats, @2min 6 burpees+3 air squats…so on and so forth until you cannot complete the # of air squats in that minute….this will be a long one with lots of reps
When you go out, you will continue to do 6 burpees+10 air squats until the last person is done.
