20 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
60 Air Squats
When finished with 20/60, strip your bar down and carry it out near the end of the Otke parking lot, run back and pick up 1 plate and bring it to your bar, run back and get your other plate and bring it to the bar and load it back up and start your next round at the end of the parking lot…go back and forth in the same manner from inside to outside for the entire 45 mins
