Apologies to the dark and early crew for a typo in the WOD…I’m so used to putting 53/35 on anything with KB that it was pretty much automatic; soooooo, the wt was supposed to be 35/25#…oops 😉

Thanks to everyone who has been checking in to class; it really does make a difference! I don’t think anyone has had to do burpees yet! 🙂
