The regular WOD will be posted at the box; you won’t want to miss it…it’s a “one of a kind” WOD 🙂
REMEMBER!! If you can make it to our Friday Night Lights at 6:30, please plan on stopping by even if you don’t want to workout. We will be having a benefit for the Special Olympics AND honoring our local Hero, Keith Luekenhoff, State Golf Champ! This is a surprise for him so would love to have as many CFU members and their families thereto help celebrate his Victory!
We will have a WOD (or two), play some volleyball, and have some social time so make plans to attend if you can…especially the newer members!
