Thanks to EVERYONE who made it to the box today for CFU’s 2nd Birthday Party!! It was great sharing the FUN with you all! Thanks so much to all who contributed to the frames/pics of our memories! I LOVE it!! πŸ™‚

Excellent job on the WOD’s today! I know now what kind of combo to put together for a WOD…power cleans, t2b, and wallballs! πŸ˜‰

We do need a little work on our CFU volleyball team! πŸ˜‰ But you all did better as the night went on!

There was an “executive decision” made tonight about a Christmas party…Saturday, December 21st from 6:30-?? Bring a snack and BYOB ALTHOUGH it was mentioned tonight that a certain someone would buy a keg so we could do keg stands! πŸ™‚ Also we will do a VOLUNTEER $15 White Elephant Christmas exchange. All for fun…Hope a lot of you can make it! πŸ™‚

Get those canned goods/non perishable items in for the food drive; we are delivering on TUESDAY!! Last year we had over 300 items…right now we might have maybe 25 πŸ™

Thanksgiving week schedule: Sun-Wed, regular schedule, Thanksgiving closed, Friday-10am WOD with open gym 11-12, Saturday 9am, open gym 10-11am.
