What are you doing Friday night?? How about coming to the box at 6:30 to support the CF Games Open athletes?? Speaking from experience, it really helps when someone is yelling, “Suck it up Buttercup!” during the workout! So if you have NEVER been, all the more reason to come experience it!

8x400m *Rest 2 min after each Total time is score; post fastest/slowest as well
Even-6 HSPU (strict as long as possible before kipping)
