Summer definitely has arrived as if you couldn’t tell from the temps at the box on Monday so…with the rising temps and increased humidity comes more perspiration so please, please, please clean up after your workout including wiping down barbells, kettlebells, mats, pullup rig, wallballs, floor, etc… Also if you are a frequent user of wrist wraps and knee sleeves, those things get sweaty and smelly too…Please wash them!!
