Hope everyone stayed safe in the storms!
Remember that on Monday we will be starting the “Advanced Programming” for those athletes who wish to do a performance/competition style WOD. The trainers have been instructed to allow athletes to do the Adv WOD only if the athlete can do the WOD Rx-As Prescribed-No Scaling. This program will run on MW during all classes.
Links to some movements will be provided but for the most part the athlete will need to do the workout “on their own” (though the trainers will still be watching form and technique)
