Announcements: Birthday Bash on Saturday! 2-??? WE WILL STILL HAVE THE 9am class on Saturday morning as there are some who can’t make the afternoon WOD’s. Even if you didn’t sign up for the Bday Bash, you can STILL COME! Just bring a donation for the CENTRAL MO HONOR FLIGHT and a dish to share (oh, and byob 😉 ) There are also going to be some door prizes so make sure you sign up that day! And I’m pretty sure we could get a good game of volleyball going on that day as well! 🙂

Canned Food Drive for the Central MO Food Bank…Through Tuesday…As of today, we have NADA items…Let’s do something for others, guys and gals.
Last official TECS WOD will be on TUESDAY morning…5:15am; maybe Coach Huck and Coach Jen will BOTH come to share the TECie Awesomeness! Now, depending on the weather for all you diehard TECies, we MAY have an occasional TECS WOD. You just have to watch the website or Facebook the night before. Knowing Missouri we will probably be in the 60’s mid-December with a blizzard the next week!
Speaking of weather, make sure if there is bad weather to watch the website or Facebook for an announcement of the box being closed.
Thanksgiving Week Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday: Regular hours; Thanksgiving-CLOSED; Friday-One class @ 10am with Open Gym from 11-12; Saturday 9am, Open Gym 10-11am Remember Open Gym during the week is changing to Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:30pm.
Taking a little poll (and to see who reads the blog)…IF “Santa” were to visit CFU this Christmas, what “Toy” would you like to see?? Comment on the blog or the Facebook…who knows, maybe Belinda made the “Nice” list this year! Last year CFU put up a Christmas tree without any ornaments…I asked all the members to contribute a special ornament to decorate the tree. So expect the tree to be up next Saturday or Sunday and think of a cool ornament to bring in. We had some cool ones last year 🙂
