KIDS Scheduling for August!

Here is a tentative schedule for ALL of the kids Programs…

There will be FREE sessions for CrossFit Kids (ages 5-11) on July 29th and July 31st from 8:30-9am! Classes will begin on August 5th and will meet on Tuesdays, Thursday, and Saturdays…T/Th we will meet from 4:30-5:15pm (at the same time as the 4:30 WOD so your kids can WOD at the same time!) Saturdays we will meet from 8:15-8:45. Each session will include a MANDATORY study hall time where the students will either be working on homework or reading; For the remaining time, the kids will have free time on the court or on the turf until the next class starts (15 minutes).

There will be FREE sessions for KidsFit (Grades 6-8) on July 28th and July 30th from 5:45-6:15pm. Classes will begin on August 4th and will meet on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:45-6:15pm.

The CrossFit Kids AND the KidsFit Programs will be running on a punchcard system…10 visits for $60 (because I know not all of these dates/times will work for everyone). The athletes will be responsible for giving the instructor their card PRIOR to class for proper attendance tracking.

Both programs will include strength and conditioning along with supplementary  games and activities.
