Thank You CFU athletes…our Grand Total for the “Ogar Benefit”(with the pledges that were made) is $514!! What a great show of support for a fellow CrossFitter! I’m sure him and his family will appreciate it a lot!
Just a reminder to those who want to participate in the Open…you need to sign up online yourself; go to www.games.crossfit.com We will have the Open workouts at CFU on Friday nights beginning at 6:30pm. If you have not been a part of the games either as a participant or spectator, plan to attend the first one on February 28th!!
I took the judges course to register CFU as an official affiliate and I PASSED! 😉 So before each workout, I will go over standards expected from the athletes and judges. Each week on the website, CF will go over the standards so it would be a good idea to go over them.
