How do you stay motivated? Now that the nutrition challenge has come to its last day, I’m asking those “finishers”, how are you going to stay motivated now that you aren’t committed to a challenge? Why did you choose to partake in the challenge in the first place? And for those who didn’t finish it up, why did you stop? What was holding you back? Here is where you need to ask yourself, “How do I make myself better?” because you know, YOU are the only one who can control what you do…It’s not up to a group or another individual to control your workouts and eating habits…It’s ALL YOU! You are in charge of your own destiny…so again I ask you, what will keep you going? Surely you won’t go back to old habits that made you miserable…Surely you won’t stop working out just because there isn’t a point total associated with WODing…Surely you aren’t going to let the past 6 weeks go away as if nothing happened! What DID you do to make yourself better…Find the POSITIVES that made you a better person…Focus on that and you will find your motivation within!

If you were at the box Sunday, you experienced the first of the trainers WOD’s…interesting, huh?? Let’s see what else they have in store for us!

The TECS WOD for Tuesday morning has been CANCELED due to uncertain weather conditions. We will have Wednesday evening at 5:30pm and Thursday morning at 5:15am. Stay tuned to the website/Facebook for updates!
