Are you ready to get after it this week?? I know that several of you have had a past couple of weeks, either you being ill or your kids being sick, loved ones passing away, work not going as planned, or glitches in your workout schedule…Remember that you have 86,400 seconds in the day and it’s up to YOU how you will utilize them. Personally I would love to see everyone on the “CFU Roster” at the box on Monday, but I know that some of you won’t be able to. If you can’t, would you take just 5-10 minutes and do something active for YOU?? Get that heart pumping, blood flowing and mind thinking that You CAN still win the day if you put yourself first.

If you need some ideas, hit me up and I can get you started! You know how I love to “help” people out! 😉

Remember to drink extra fluids as the weather heats up a bit!

1 Power Snatch + 2 OHS (95/65)

1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats (95/65)

5 Lateral Barbell Burpees

5 Evil Wheels 🙂

*Do not start a new round, rest until partner gets back OR continue until you finish set
