If you didn’t catch the schedule changes…see below for the information! Lots of things are starting up this week so be “in the KNOW”! 🙂

I was contacted this afternoon by the coordinator of the JumpNRope Clinic and a CF Box cancelled on them for Saturday morning, June 14th so…..She has offered exclusively to CFU members IF we can fill both time slots (9:30-11:30am & 2:30-4:30pm), that the members would get a special rate of $35 AND CFU would receive 20 FREE jump ropes, 5 of which I will give away in a drawing to those who register! This is quite a deal!!

Those of you who have already registered would get a $10 refund…The thing is, I need to know who WILL register for this BY MONDAY AFTERNOON!! Text me or message me if you are interested!!

I’m super excited for all the things that are about to start happening at CFU in order to help more adults and kids! Monday starts our Summer Sports and Recreation Camp for kids grades 1-6 and our Sports and Conditioning Camp for grades 7-12.

We are also starting our GET FIT boot camp classes on MWF from 7:15-7:45am…There is still room in these classes; let me know if you know anyone interested!

This week…No Barbell Classes!

This Summer starting on Tuesday and continuing through August on T/Th/F @ 6:30am, CFU will offer a “Beat the Heat” class. We must have 5 regular attendees to keep these classes.

This Summer there technically will not be any “TEC WOD’s”; however on Tuesdays and Thursdays there will be a TEC WOD posted where an athlete can choose that to do on their own instead of the regular WOD or Advanced WOD. Athletes would go through the regular warmup with the class, then proceed to extra mobility and the TEC WOD. Athletes are responsible for their own timing devices.
We will resume the TEC WOD’s in late August.

There will be no KidsFit on MWF at 5:30pm this summer. Classes will resume in late August.

CrossFit Kids will have a few “camps” here and there during the summer; be watching for posts; I hope to resume a regular schedule in August.
