Super turnout on Sunday afternoon! The class battled the heat, 40 push presses, 40 hang power cleans, 40 deadlifts, 40 front squats, 120 sit-ups and a half mile run…Way to go ALL!! Keep pushing your limits and you will reap your reward!
We are once again doing the “skills testing”…if you were in class on July 2nd, your results are on the board—please post Monday’s results besides your name to note improvement…hopefully we really improved on the du’s and sit-ups! Which by the way, forms/calendars are due MONDAY!
Fit4U begins Monday 5:15-5:45pm(Women’s” CF Lite”)
JrKidsFit (gr 6-8) begins Monday 5:45-6:15pm
CrossFit Kids (3-11) begins Tuesday 4:30-5:15pm (workout while your kids are doing the same!)
Punchcards for the kids along with schedule will be available the first day; more info can be found on the website under programs.
I hope some of you parents consider placing your child in one of these programs if he/she has the time…For our competition in October we are going to have a mini kids comp for the younger ones and teens. These classes would give them time to “practice” 🙂
New member classes start Tuesday night at 6:30pm…Do you know someone who would like to start CF?? Remember if they sign up, you get a $10 referral fee! 🙂 Send them our way!
