4 Simple Rules…
- Never miss a Monday. Why?!? Because it starts you off on the right foot! Beginning your week in a positive way tends to lead a person down the right path. Plus if you’re working out with friends, it will help with accountability!
- Never go 3 days without exercise. Yes, your body needs rest, but it needs to move in some sort of fashion daily. Even if it’s a 15 minute walk, that’s better than nothing! 3 days can turn into 6, then 2 weeks and that’s where people really get into trouble…don’t let that be you!
- Workout at least 3 days a week. Need help with what to do if you don’t have a gym setup? Let me know and I can offer some ideas! Workouts ideally need to be something to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day, but if needed, start off slow so you can keep the momentum going!
- Never give up. That’s right, never give up up on your goals, your dreams or yourself! You’re worth it to keep plugging away one day and one workout at a time!
