Happy Valentine’s Day!
7:30am will be the CrAzY WOD…for those “new” to this, the WOD for the 7:30 crew is more advanced and you really need to be confident and knowledgeable of ALL of your lifts and movements. This is NOT a trainer led class. While we are not trying to make people shy away from these, we also want to be up front and let people know that these are tough and you will be “on your own” at the WOD. If you have any questions, let Coach know 🙂
