WOD
Every 6min for 30min
5 sets:
Min 0-6 – run 800m
Min 7-12 – with 5min time cap 21-15-9 Thrusters 45/35 – Hollow Rocks
Min 13-18 – with 5min time cap: 50 alternating KB Snatches 53/35
Min 19-24 – with 5min time cap: 30 burpee box jumps 24/20
Min 25-30 or whenever finished: 30 Clusters (Squat Clean + Push press-ground every time)
