A BIG High Five to ALL of the CF Games Athletes who participated in the 2015 Open! I have an idea for next year to get even MORE people involved so BE READY! Until next year…Keep working on EVERYTHING! πŸ™‚

Saturday, April 4th, we will have our next “StrongMan” morning at CFU starting at 7:30am–Everyone is invited to try out the different “toys” we have!

Sunday, April 5th we will be CLOSED for Easter. So don’t show up at 3:00 for the WOD…go run/walk with your kids and thank God that you GET TO! πŸ™‚

Fridays we will resume the normal schedule by adding back the 5:15pm class.

Sunday, April 12th is the BIG 1/2 Marathon day! We have several members participating in this so be cheering us on as we finish the 13.1 miles! πŸ™‚

Saturday, April 18th from 10:30-noon will be our next Barbell Clinic with Britt! Make plans to attend if you want to get better at your lifts!

Saturday, April 25th is the Capital City Throwdown at JCCF and as far as I know, just Natalie Rosslan will be participating in the women’s scaled division. The comp starts at 8am so if you have time during the day, please go down and cheer her on!!

Sunday, April 26th will be the Team Comp at the Throwdown and as far as I know we have 3 teams-Mike Bax and Chris White, Chris Wilson and Ryan Restemeyer, and myself and Norma πŸ™‚Β  We could use a LOT of cheering so make plans to come see all of us compete that Sunday!

REMEMBER Sunday, May 3rd is our CFU Babies Shower at 4:30pm! We are going to move the WOD time to then, have the workout and the shower afterwards…With 5 expecting mamas and the one who started it all, I EXPECT to see a LOT of people there! πŸ˜‰
