If you haven’t heard yet, we had 3 athletes compete in the Heroes in the Heartland competition at CF Sedalia on Saturday…Chris White placed 1st, Amanda-4th and Andi-9th!! They did an excellent job!! It was fun to watch!
I’ve been wanting to plan a team competition for the fall and will have an organizational meeting in the next couple of weeks to brainstorm ideas…be watching for an announcement if you would be willing to help with this ๐
Speaking of games…there will be a CrossFit Games “watch party” at Fred and Sarah’s Sunday afternoon following the WOD…about 5-7ish???here are directions if you would like to come(BYOB and a snack)
