Was kinda busy yesterday runnin’ and turning a year older so I didn’t get the workout on the post…so here you go!

Every 6 minutes, for 24 minutes:
500m Row/Run(Blvd Loop)
12 Toes to Bar
12 Front Squats (115/75)

Rx+ 155 / 105

*each round will be scored for time*

Scales will be at the box!

Weather will be a little warmer the next couple of days so make sure you hydrate a little bit more!

Shout out to the runners/cyclists who made the 10-mile trek from JC to Hartsburg on Saturday! 4 wks til the BIG 1/2 Marathon day!
