Looking at the crazy MO forecast, it looks as if we will be hitting the 50’s & 60’s next week so we will be bringing back the TECS WOD’s!!
For the new members, TECS stands for “Technique, Endurance, Cardio, and Strength”. We meet on Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 5:15am and Wednesdays(they do the Tuesday workout) at 5:30pm.
Mobility, technique and form are stressed and a cardio workout occurs within the hour time-frame class. All members are encouraged to come to learn more about proper running form. We also can scale distances/reps for “new” runners 🙂
The classes are taught by Jennifer Hickman and Jen Nicklas.
