WOW!!! I’m impressed with the numbers on Wednesday!!! First there were the 2 for 1 wallballs, Then you got to work on handstands and handstand walks, THEN there was the backwards running!! Did your trainer let you know that running backwards is equal to twice the distance as running forwards?? Did you notice your posture while running backwards?? Think about staying upright, head up, and arms at 90degrees at sides when you run next time…no bending at the waist and looking down!!
