Happy July!!! And there’s a little heat relief in sight! Thank goodness! I hope you all are taking the necessary precautions when coming to workout…meaning being hydrated and fueled properly. Don’t wait til you are thirsty to drink water; if that is the case then you are already on your way to dehydration!
Remember to sign up for the DU/Ab Challenge on the whiteboard if you are interested…as of this morning’s 8:30am class, we already had 3 teams. It doesn’t really matter who you are with, just someone to split up the 5,000 reps each of DU’s and ab movements…1,250 reps each starting TUESDAY! 🙂
