Tuesday, 6.16.20 Cancelling Out the “Noise”

Noise-/noiz/-a sound, especially one that is loud or unpleasant or that causes disturbance.

Just a quick post about the “noise” that might be going on in that head of yours…How do I know? Because I experience the “noise” here and there too. I don’t ask for it, but I have to deal with it.

The “noise” that has taken up my mental space here lately is overwhelm and biting off more than I can chew. It’s a vicious circle because when I start feeling this way, other things in my life begin to suffer as well. But I know there’s light at the end of the tunnel; I just need to prioritize.

What matters most? Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness and Food! I like to call it my 5 F’s…I was listening to a radio program this morning and it was talking about how “other things” can get in the way of your journey if you’re not searching in the right place. Those other things are usually that which I cannot control.

So, I leave you with this-Focus on the things that you CAN control AND control your attitude towards those things that are out of your control.
