Couple of announcements…
Sunday at 2pm we will have a mobility/stretching clinic. Britt will be leading this clinic and will go over several “yoga like” moves to help stretch out your aching body…We are doing a trial class on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm which will incorporate these moves-I’ve noticed that as the week progresses, the attendance goes down and I’m pretty sure it’s because we are not properly stretching during the first 3-4 days of the week! So….join us on Sunday at 2pm…make sure you hydrate bc the weather is supposed to heat up again (We are kinda calling this “HOT Stretching” as a knock off to Hot Yoga 😉 ). Then we’ll start the class the first Thursday of July at 6:30pm.
Our “Barbell Class” (where anyone can come to get help with Oly lift form/technique) is now on Saturday mornings at 10am. Look in the near future for an Oly lift clinic. Once the summer is over we will look at incorporating some more dates for the Oly lifting/CFU Barbell.

Get Friday, July 25th from 7:30-9pm on your calendar as that is the CFU swim party at Memorial Pool. CFU has rented it out for the group…$1 per person at the gate. Friends and family are welcome!
