Deadlift
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes, perform 3 Deadlifts @ 70% of 1 rep max
Immediately after each set, perform 10 Lateral Barbell Hops

For time:
Blvd Loop
then
4 rounds of:
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
15 Burpees
*Scales: 400m run, 3 rounds; 200m run, 2 rounds
