✅ Try this simple bodyweight workout to start:
- Sit to Stand from a chair x 10
- Wall Push-Ups x 10
- Seated Leg Extensions (each leg) x 10
- March in Place or Step Taps x 30 sec
- Heel-to-Toe Balance Walk x 20 steps
Repeat for 2-3 rounds based on how you feel!
